Day 6 - One Week, 100 Miles

101.4 to be exact. Woo-hoo! I'm about 1/26th of the way there!

Cowboy camping was kind of fun. I woke up at 3:00 this morning, and the stars just filled the sky. I could even see the Milky Way. I don't think I'll camp like that again though. I didn't sleep too well, not only because we were right next to a highway, but because I was paranoid about who knows what crawling on me.

I woke up at three because we had 23 miles to do today! I didn't really have to do that many, but I want to get to Warner Springs as soon as possible. My right index toe doesn't look good. I hope I can find someone to help me with it. I'll be getting new shoes hopefully on Monday, but I need to take care of my feet before I do any more walking.
